Leave the pressure of the day behind as you step into this relaxing experience of learning new ways to manifest the life you desire. Join us as motivational speaker/coach Maria Holme teaches about realistic goal setting, the importance of daydreaming and how to accomplish both.
Maria will begin the program with lively storytelling about the role we play in our day to day choices and how to tackle obstacles that hold us back. Learn the importance of positive emotional wellbeing & how to achieve it.

Attendees will leave with a canvas board of their vision that serves as a daily reminder, an activation quote/mantra and inspiration to implement their steps along with lightness in their hearts.
