YOGA NIDRA: bring your body to its natural state of deep rest and relaxation. There is nothing required of you but to lie down and listen! (You can also choose to sit in a chair) Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning and imagery, you'll be guided to a place of peace and renewal.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing. Please bring a Yoga Mat, 2 blankets, socks and a pillow. Please plan on arriving about 10-15 minutes early if possible.

About the instructor, Karyl Benoit:
As a fitness, yoga, health and wellness educator for 30 years, I have a passion for sharing in experiences, discoveries and joy of movement with people of all ages. I feel that through breath awareness and mindful movement, a deeper connection with the wisdom of the body often blooms. Creating a safe, welcoming environment which encourages each person to move in a way that safely honors their body, is my main focus. I invite all participants to dive inside and explore their personal yoga practice.
Online registration and ticket purchase maybe done in advance, or day of by 5pm.
